The lounge and Scarlet Room dining room do a fabulous job celebrating holidays throughout the year with festive décor and special fixed menus that bring homeowners together. During the Christmas season, the community comes alive with its beloved golf cart parade, where residents decorate their golf carts in festive fashion while enjoying eggnog, holiday carolers, and cheerful community spirit.
The monthly HOA dues of $910 provide exceptional value and cover many of the community’s amenities and services, including 24-hour guard-gated security, landscaping maintenance, cable TV, WiFi, portions of the community insurance, and some pest control services. There is no additional social membership fee required to enjoy the clubhouse amenities and community activities. Residents are only responsible for an annual $567 food and beverage minimum per household, making it easy to enjoy the dining and social atmosphere the community has to offer.
For added convenience, the community also offers an onsite HOA office with friendly staff available to assist homeowners.
